Belonging to more than one business
Your login is tied to your email, and that email can belong to several businesses (handy for groups, or for a consultant or accountant who looks after a few). Each business has its own data, team, and subscription, and you only ever see one at a time.
Switching business
Open the business selector at the top of the sidebar (it shows the current business name and logo)
Pick another business from the list, each shown with its subscription status
Paddl switches to it and reloads into that business
Everything you do, such as routines, records, and reporting, applies to the business you are currently in, so check the selector if something looks unexpected.
Adding a new business
You can set up an additional business without logging out. It gets its own subscription and is billed separately from your existing one.
Open the business selector and choose Add new business (or go to Settings > Business)
Enter the business name and country
Choose your plan: number of locations, billing cycle, and any extra users or storage
Complete payment to create the business
Switch into it from the selector and set it up like any other
Note: Each business is a separate subscription. Adding one does not change the billing on your existing businesses.
Removing a business you did not finish
If a business was started but never activated (incomplete or cancelled), you can remove it from the business selector using the delete icon next to it. Active businesses are deleted from Settings > Business instead, and that is permanent.
