Where billing lives
Go to Settings > Subscription. Billing is managed by the account owner; other roles see a read-only view.
Adding locations, users, or storage
Open Settings > Subscription
Adjust the number of locations, additional users, or 10GB storage blocks
Go through checkout to confirm; changes are prorated against your current period
Changing plan or billing cycle
From the same screen you can switch between monthly and yearly billing and confirm through checkout.
Payment methods and invoices
Click Manage Payment Method to open the secure billing portal, where you can update your card and download invoices and billing history.
Cancelling
Click Cancel Subscription to cancel at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then.
