I hit a limit or got a payment prompt

Being stopped from adding a location, a user, or a file usually means you have reached what your current plan includes.

The symptom

You try to add a location, invite a user, or upload a file, and Paddl stops you with a limit or payment message.

Why it happens

Each plan includes a set number of locations, users, and storage. When you reach what your plan covers, Paddl asks you to add to the plan before you can go further. This is expected, not a fault.

What to check

  1. Locations. You can add more locations from your subscription. Each location you add also raises your included users and storage.

  2. Users. Each location includes a number of users. If you need more people than that, add extra users to your plan.

  3. Storage. If uploads are blocked, you have used your included storage. Add a storage block to free up room.

  4. Subscription status. If the subscription is not active, actions can be blocked entirely until billing is up to date.

Account owners make these changes under Settings > Subscription, where changes are prorated.

For how the plan is made up and how to change it, see How Pricing Works and Managing Your Subscription.

When to contact support

If you are within your plan and still being blocked, contact us at support@paddl-ai.co and we will look at your account.
