The symptom
A staff member sees the same routine listed twice on the same day.
Why it happens
A routine shows once for each way a person is assigned to it. If the same routine is assigned to a location and also to a staff group that the person belongs to, they match it twice and see two copies.
How to fix it
Open the routine under Tasks & routines > Routines.
Look at the assignment and find the overlap, for example a location plus a group whose members already work at that location.
Remove the assignment you do not need, leaving just one route to each person, and save.
Rule of thumb: assign a routine either by location or by the people who do it, not both, unless those groups never overlap.
