Check the rule
Confirm a check-in rule exists and is Active in Operations > Automations.
Confirm its location scope includes the site where staff are checking in.
Confirm at least one detail is ticked under Show at check-in.
Check the location
If the location has no coordinates, the panel has nothing to show. Add the address under Settings > Locations.
It still does not appear
The panel shows right after a successful check-in. The check-in itself never waits on weather, so if conditions cannot be fetched the check-in still completes and the panel is simply skipped. If an active, correctly scoped rule never shows a panel, contact support with the rule and location names.
