The symptom
You ask Paddy something and it cannot answer, or the answer is not what you expected.
Why it happens
Paddy answers from your own business content (your Knowledge Hub, documents, allergens, routines, and records) and from the Paddl help guides. If the answer is not in any of those, Paddy has nothing to draw on.
What to check
Is the information actually in your account? If you are asking about something specific to your business, it needs to exist somewhere Paddy can read. Add it as a Knowledge Hub page or upload the relevant document.
Give new content a moment. When you add a document or a Knowledge Hub page, it takes a short while to become searchable. If you have just added it, wait a little and ask again.
Try rephrasing. Asking in different words can help Paddy find the right material.
Ask for a human. If Paddy still cannot help, ask it to connect you to a person and it will pass you to the team.
