When you first sign up for Paddl, you'll go through a quick setup process to configure your business.
Step 1: Business Details
Enter your business name and basic details. This information appears on reports and documents.
Step 2: Create Your First Location
For each location, you'll provide:
Location name (e.g., "High Street Branch")
Location type (Café, Restaurant, Pub, Bar, Hotel, B&B, Takeaway)
Address and postcode
Timezone
Operating hours for each day of the week
Step 3: Invite Your Team
Add team members by email. Choose their role (Owner, Manager, or Staff) and assign them to locations. They'll receive an email invitation to join.
After Setup
Once setup is complete, you can start creating routines, uploading documents, and customising your compliance workflows.
