Owner

Full access to everything:

  • All Admin Panel features

  • Business settings and subscription management

  • User management (invite, edit, remove)

  • All locations

Manager

Administrative access with some restrictions:

  • Most Admin Panel features

  • Cannot change subscription or business settings

  • Can manage staff at assigned locations

  • Review and approve staff submissions

Staff

Mobile app focused:

  • Access to mobile app only (no Admin Panel)

  • Complete assigned tasks

  • Submit reports

  • View knowledge base and documents

  • Sign compliance documents
