Paddl has three user roles, each with different permissions.
Owner
Full access to everything:
All Admin Panel features
Business settings and subscription management
User management (invite, edit, remove)
All locations
Manager
Administrative access with some restrictions:
Most Admin Panel features
Cannot change subscription or business settings
Can manage staff at assigned locations
Review and approve staff submissions
Staff
Mobile app focused:
Access to mobile app only (no Admin Panel)
Complete assigned tasks
Submit reports
View knowledge base and documents
Sign compliance documents
