Logging In
You can log in to the admin panel at manage.paddl-ai.co/login. Use the email and password you set up when accepting your invite.
Logging In to the Mobile App
Open the Paddl app and enter the same email and password you use for the admin panel. Both use the same account.
Switching Accounts
If you need to switch between accounts (e.g. from a staff account to a manager account):
Tap the profile/settings icon in the app
Tap Log Out
Log back in with the other account's credentials
In the admin panel, click your name in the top-right corner and select Log Out, then log in with different credentials.
Common Login Issues
"This page isn't working" Error
If you see a "This page isn't working" or HTTP 405 error when trying to access the admin panel:
Make sure you're going to manage.paddl-ai.co/login (not just manage.paddl-ai.co)
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try using a different browser or incognito/private window
Forgotten Password
Click Forgot password? on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Invite Not Received
If a team member hasn't received their invite:
Check their spam/junk folder
Verify the email address was entered correctly in Team > Team Members
Resend the invite from the admin panel
