On the organisation's pages

Paddy works for the organisation. Ask it about:

  • Readiness across businesses and areas

  • Which businesses have taken which master, and at which version

  • Overdue Required updates

What Paddy sees: the same as the organisation's Home. It never sees a business's staff, records or documents.

Giving and reminding

Paddy can propose giving a library item to businesses that do not have it, or reminding businesses about a waiting update. It shows the proposal on a card, and nothing happens until you confirm.

Inside a member business

  • Paddy knows when an item is linked to the organisation, its version and which sections are locked

  • It will not edit a locked section

  • It can explain an update that is waiting for review

  • It can answer questions such as "what's our group standard for X?" from the organisation's library
