Adding Library Items to Businesses

Roll a master out to chosen businesses and sites. Each business gets a draft for its own approver, and nothing goes live until they approve.

Rolling out a master

  1. Open the master in Organisation > Library

  2. Choose Add to businesses

  3. Pick the businesses, and the sites in each one

  4. Match what the master refers to in each business, such as routines, equipment, linked documents and suppliers

  5. Review the summary and confirm

What each business receives

Each business gets a draft for its own approver, linked to the master. Nothing goes live until the business approves it.

HACCP plans and SFBB packs

A HACCP plan or SFBB pack goes to one site in each business, so you choose the site. SFBB is a UK (FSA) pack and is never offered to businesses outside the UK.

To change a master later, publish an update.
