Logging In and Troubleshooting Access

Log in, switch accounts, reset a password, and fix the most common access problems.

Logging in

Log in to the admin panel at manage.paddl-ai.co/login with the email and password you set when accepting your invite. The app uses the same details.

Switching accounts

  • In the app: tap the profile or settings icon, choose Log Out, and log in with the other account.

  • In the admin panel: click your name in the top-right corner, choose Log Out, and log in again.

Common problems and fixes

"This page isn't working" error

Go to manage.paddl-ai.co/login (not the root domain), clear cache and cookies, or try a private window

Forgotten password

Click "Forgot password?" and enter your email; the reset link arrives in a few minutes (check spam)

Invite never arrived

Check spam, confirm the email in Team > Team Members is correct, then resend

Can't see your tasks in the app

Make sure you have checked in to the correct location
