Open your shifts from the home screen and tap My hours. You get the period you are in now, and the ones before it.
What the figures are
The big number is the hours you are down to be paid for in this period. Underneath it is what you were scheduled, which is not always the same: you may have stayed late, come in on a day you were not rostered, or had an unpaid break taken off.
Approved or not
A period says either Not approved yet or Approved by your manager. Until it is approved the figure can still move, so treat it as a running total rather than a settled one.
Why it is not live
Hours are worked out overnight from your shifts and your clock-ins. Anything you did today shows up tomorrow morning. Pulling down to refresh gets the latest figure, but it will not conjure up today's shift before the overnight run.
If something looks wrong
Speak to your manager. They can see the same period line by line, including which clock-in produced which figure, and they can correct a day with a reason attached. You cannot change your own hours, which is the point: your hours are a record of what you did, not a form you fill in.
You will not see pay here. Paddl records hours, not money. Your rate and your pay come from your employer's payroll, not from this app.
