Built for cellars and walk-ins
Signal is often poor exactly where checks happen, so the app is offline-first. You can keep working with no connection, and the app holds everything in a sync queue until it can upload.
What works offline
These are saved on your device and synced automatically when you are back online:
Completed tasks and routines, including photos
Reports and checks (deliveries, temperatures, incidents, and so on)
Check-in and check-out
Training progress and assessment results
The offline banner
A banner at the top shows when you are offline and how many items are waiting to sync. When you reconnect it switches to "Syncing" and clears as the queue uploads. There is a retry option if anything needs a nudge.
When you reconnect
The app syncs automatically as soon as the connection returns, and again whenever you reopen it. Items upload in the order you created them. In the rare case of a clash, the server decides the final result, so nothing is lost.
Good habits
Open the app while you have signal at the start of a shift so it loads the latest tasks
Get back on Wi-Fi or data before the end of the shift so everything uploads
Do not log out while items are still waiting to sync
Something not showing up for a manager? It may not have synced yet. Reconnect, reopen the app, and give it a moment. If it still does not appear after the banner clears, contact support.
