Where your tasks live

After you check in, your work appears on the Tasks tab. It pulls together routines assigned to you, to your staff group, or to your location, along with any training and inductions you owe.

Finding the right task

  • Switch between Today and Week to see what is due now or coming up

  • Filter by All, Pending, Completed, Overdue, or Missed

Working through a checklist

  1. Open a routine such as "Opening Checks"

  2. Complete each item; depending on its field type you might tick a box, enter a temperature, take a photo, sign, or add batch details

  3. An out-of-range temperature is flagged as you enter it, so you can record what you did about it

  4. Submit the routine once every required item is done

Not seeing a task you expect? Check you have checked in to the right location. Tasks assigned to a location only show once you check in there.

If something was missed

Overdue tasks stay visible so they can still be done, and managers can see what is outstanding. Logging a check late is better than not logging it, because it keeps your records honest for an inspection. All of this works offline, see Using Offline Mode.
