Your shifts are on the home screen of the Paddl Assist app. The card shows today and your next one; tap it for the full two weeks.
What you will see
Each shift shows the start and end time, how long it is once the unpaid break comes off, the site, and the area or team if your manager set one. Anything they typed in the notes is there too.
Only published shifts
Managers build a rota as a draft and publish it when it is settled. You will not see a draft, and that is deliberate: a draft is not a promise. When a week is published you get one notification for the whole week, not one per shift.
When something changes
If a shift of yours is moved, shortened, reassigned or cancelled after it was published, you get a notification about that shift specifically. Tapping it opens your shifts.
Times are the site's times
A shift always shows in the time zone of the site it is at, not your phone's. If you work across sites in different countries the times still read correctly for the venue you are going to.
Asking instead
Ask Paddy knows your rota. "When am I next in?" and "Who is on with me tomorrow?" both work. Paddy will only ever tell you about your own shifts and the people you actually overlap with.
Nothing on your rota is available offline yet. You need a connection to load your shifts. Clocking in does work offline and syncs when you get signal back.
