The Report tab
Beyond scheduled routines, the Report tab lets staff log a one-off check or raise an issue at any time. Pick the type, fill in the form, and submit.

Filling in a report
Each type asks for the right fields, and depending on the report you can add a photo, a signature, a priority, equipment, or batch items (item, batch number, use-by date). If you get interrupted, your progress is saved so you can come back and finish it.
Where reports go
Submitted reports flow into the admin panel for managers to review under Alerts > Reports. A delivery feeds your traceability records, and an out-of-range temperature raises an alert. Reports submit fine offline and upload when you reconnect.
