Reviewing submitted records
Records staff submit (accidents, maintenance requests, delivery checks, complaints, allergen incidents, and so on) come to you to review. In manager mode, open Records and filter by status: submitted, under review, approved, or action required.
Open a record to see the detail, photos, and who submitted it
Approve it, request changes, or mark it as needing action
Use bulk approve to clear several straightforward ones at once
Document sign-offs
The Documents tab gathers everything waiting for signatures across documents, SFBB packs, HACCP plans, and risk assessments. You can see who has and has not signed, send a reminder, and sign anything that needs your signature.
Attention items and handovers
The Overview tab surfaces anything needing attention (overdue tasks, pending signatures, records to review, training gaps) as a tap-through list. Handover reports from staff appear here too, and you can acknowledge one to clear it once you have actioned it. See Handover & End-of-Shift Reports.
Tip: Reviewing records promptly keeps your EHO Visit Dashboard accurate, since unreviewed items show as outstanding.
