What Location Monitoring is for
Licensed and late-night venues often have to evidence noise, occupancy, and entry refusals as part of their premises licence. The Location Monitoring section is where you record all three.
The three logs
Log | What you record |

Sound Readings | Decibel readings against your venue's noise threshold |
Capacity Logs | Occupancy, to show you stay within permitted capacity |
Venue Refusals | Refused entries and sales, for example a Challenge 25 ID refusal |
Set the noise threshold on the location so out-of-range sound readings can be flagged. A consistent refusals log is exactly the evidence police and licensing teams look for, and it protects both the premises licence and the staff member who made the call.
Tip: Get door and bar staff logging refusals in the moment from the app, rather than reconstructing them later.
