What the Audit Pack is
The Audit Pack bundles your compliance documentation into one downloadable ZIP, ready for an EHO or inspector. Instead of opening each area separately, you tick the sections you want and Paddl builds a single file with a summary cover page and a PDF for each section.
It is the companion to the EHO Visit Dashboard. The dashboard is the live, on-screen view for during a visit; the Audit Pack is the file you can email ahead, keep for your records, or print.
Generating one
Go to Food Safety Management and click Generate Audit Pack
Choose the location (or leave it across all locations) and set the date range. It defaults to the last three months
Tick the sections you want to include, or use select all
Click Generate & Download
Paddl produces a ZIP named for the date, with a 00-Summary.pdf cover that lists the business, location, date range, and every section included, followed by a PDF per section.
What you can include
The sections are grouped so you can pick exactly what an inspector has asked for:

Tip: Narrow the date range to the period the inspector cares about so the pack stays focused. If you only need one document, most areas also export on their own, for example HACCP as a PDF or the allergen matrix as a PDF or CSV. See exporting your records for the full list.
