Where your completed checks land
When staff complete routines and checks (on the app or the Report tab), the results collect in these record views for you to review and to show an inspector. You do not create records here; they flow in from completed routines and reports.
The two views
View | What it contains |
|---|---|
Food Safety Records | Temperature checks, probe calibration, and food safety / HACCP checks |
Hygiene Records | Cleaning schedules and opening and closing checklists |
Both live under Food Safety in the admin panel. Delivery records and EHO/inspection reports have their own views in the same place.
What each view shows
At the top, a compliance ring shows how on-track you are, with counts of completed, outstanding, overdue, and missed. Below, each record shows when it was due, who completed it, the values entered, any photos or signature, and any out-of-range alerts.
Filtering and resolving
Filter by date range, status (outstanding, overdue, completed, missed), routine type, and location
Open a record to see the full detail
Owners and managers can resolve a missed or overdue record, noting why, so the history is honest and explained
Tick several records and resolve them together when the same reason covers all of them
Export the records when you need them outside Paddl
Resolving asks for a reason: completed offline, not applicable, rescheduled, or acknowledged. The record stays in your history with that reason and who gave it, and stops counting against your compliance score. Nothing is deleted.
Was the site shut? If a run of missed records is there because the location was closed, do not work through them one at a time. Add a closure period covering those dates: Paddl clears them together and stops creating more.
Tip: These views are what the EHO Visit Dashboard draws on, so keeping checks completed keeps that dashboard green.
