Adding Equipment
Go to Equipment > Items
Click "Add Equipment"
Select the equipment type (or create a new type)
Enter name, make, model, serial number
Add purchase date and warranty expiry
Set service frequency (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Assign to a location
Save
Equipment Types
Equipment types define categories like "Commercial Fridge" or "Fire Extinguisher". Each type can have default service frequencies and checklists.
