Track all your equipment with service schedules and warranty information.

Adding Equipment

  • Go to Equipment > Items

  • Click "Add Equipment"

  • Select the equipment type (or create a new type)

  • Enter name, make, model, serial number

  • Add purchase date and warranty expiry

  • Set service frequency (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • Assign to a location

  • Save

Equipment Types

Equipment types define categories like "Commercial Fridge" or "Fire Extinguisher". Each type can have default service frequencies and checklists.
