Viewing Version History
Open a knowledge article in the Admin Panel
Click "Version History"
See a list of all saved versions
View what changed between versions
See who made each change and when
Creating New Versions
Each time you save changes to an article, a new version is created automatically. Add a change summary to help others understand what was updated.
