Accessing the Assistant

In the mobile app, tap the Ask bar at the bottom of the screen to start a conversation with the AI assistant.

What You Can Ask

The assistant can help with:

  • Finding information in your knowledge base

  • Explaining procedures and policies

  • Answering food safety questions

  • Clarifying compliance requirements

  • Finding specific documents or records

  • General hospitality and food safety queries

Example Questions

  • "What's the correct fridge temperature?"

  • "How do I handle an allergen request?"

  • "What's our cleaning procedure for the coffee machine?"

  • "When was the last PAT test?"

  • "Show me the fire evacuation procedure"

Context-Aware Responses

The assistant uses your business's knowledge base, so answers are specific to your procedures. It references your documents, routines, and training materials.
