Setting Up Inductions
Define what new staff need to complete during their induction:
Go to Settings > Compliance Requirements
Add induction items for each role
Include health & safety briefing, fire safety training, food hygiene basics
Set timeframes for completion
Tracking Progress
View induction progress in Team > Inductions. See which new starters have completed their induction checklist and who needs follow-up.
Staff Experience
New staff see their induction requirements in the mobile app under My Training. They sign off each item as they complete it.
Compliance Reporting
The Dashboard shows overall induction compliance. Non-compliant staff (those who haven't completed required inductions) are flagged for attention.
