The EHO (Environmental Health Officer) Dashboard on the mobile app gives you quick access to compliance records during inspections or spot-checks.
Accessing the EHO Dashboard
To access the EHO dashboard:
Open the Paddl mobile app
Tap the "EHO" tab at the bottom (or access from the home screen quick link)
Select your location if you have multiple sites
Dashboard Sections
The EHO dashboard shows:
SFBB Pack Status
View your active Safer Food Better Business pack, including signature status and last update date. Tap to view the full pack.
Temperature Records
See temperature check completions and any out-of-range alerts. Shows the last 30 days of records.
Delivery Records
View delivery check records with supplier information and any issues noted.
Cleaning Schedules
Track cleaning task completions and any missed schedules.
Training Records
See staff training compliance status - who's up to date and who needs training.
HACCP Plans
Access active HACCP plans with CCP status and any open corrective actions.
Using During an Inspection
During an EHO visit, you can:
Show digital records directly on your device
Filter records by date range
Tap any section to drill down into details
Share records via email if needed
Switch between locations if inspecting multiple sites
Location Filtering
If your business has multiple locations, use the location switcher at the top of the EHO dashboard to view compliance data for a specific site.
