Your business profile contains the core settings for your Paddl account. Configure these when you first set up, and update as your business changes.
Organization Settings
Access organization settings from Settings → Organization in the admin panel.
Business Name
Your business name appears on reports, documents, and staff communications. Update it here if your business name changes.
Logo
Upload your business logo to personalize the admin panel and mobile app. Recommended size is 200x200 pixels, PNG or JPG format.
Business Type
Select your business type (restaurant, cafe, pub, hotel, etc.). This affects:
SFBB template recommendations
Default routine suggestions
Compliance requirements shown
AI assistant context
Location Configuration
If you have multiple locations, configure each one:
Go to Settings → Locations
Click "Add Location" or edit an existing one
Enter the location name and address
Set operating hours for each day
Configure location-specific settings
Location Settings
Each location can have:
Unique address and contact details
Different operating hours
Location-specific equipment lists
Separate routine schedules
Individual compliance tracking
Contact Information
Keep your contact information up to date:
Primary contact email for notifications
Phone number for urgent alerts
Address for your main/registered business location
Timezone and Regional Settings
Ensure your timezone is set correctly so that:
Tasks are scheduled at the right times
Check-in/out times are accurate
Reports show correct timestamps
Alerts are sent at appropriate hours
After Initial Setup
Once your business profile is configured:
Invite your team members
Set up your first routines
Upload any existing compliance documents
Generate your SFBB pack
