Routines are recurring tasks that staff complete on a schedule.
Creating a Routine
Go to Routines & Tasks
Click "Create Routine"
Enter a name and description
Select a category (Opening, Closing, Temperature, Cleaning, etc.)
Add form fields (checkboxes, number inputs, dropdowns)
Set the schedule (daily, weekly, specific days)
Choose which locations this applies to
Save and publish
Categories
Routines are organised into categories:
Opening/Sunrise: Start-of-day tasks
Closing/Sunset: End-of-day tasks
Temperature: Fridge, freezer, and food temperature checks
Cleaning: Cleaning checklists
Maintenance: Equipment and facility checks
Safety: Fire safety and security checks
