Creating a Routine

  • Go to Routines & Tasks

  • Click "Create Routine"

  • Enter a name and description

  • Select a category (Opening, Closing, Temperature, Cleaning, etc.)

  • Add form fields (checkboxes, number inputs, dropdowns)

  • Set the schedule (daily, weekly, specific days)

  • Choose which locations this applies to

  • Save and publish

Categories

Routines are organised into categories:

  • Opening/Sunrise: Start-of-day tasks

  • Closing/Sunset: End-of-day tasks

  • Temperature: Fridge, freezer, and food temperature checks

  • Cleaning: Cleaning checklists

  • Maintenance: Equipment and facility checks

  • Safety: Fire safety and security checks
