Viewing Submissions
Go to Reports & Requests in the sidebar
Filter by type, status, or location
Click on a submission to view details
Taking Action
For each submission, you can:
Mark as Reviewed: Acknowledge you've seen it
Requires Action: Flag for follow-up
Resolved: Mark the issue as handled
Add Comments: Leave notes for staff or other managers
Notification Badges
The sidebar shows a count of pending submissions. Review these regularly to stay on top of team activity.
