Creating an Article

  • Go to Knowledge Hub in the sidebar

  • Click "Create Article"

  • Enter a title

  • Use the rich text editor to write content

  • Add images, lists, and formatting as needed

  • Assign to a folder

  • Publish when ready

  • Keep language simple and direct
