Setting Requirements

  • Go to Settings > Compliance Requirements

  • Define which certifications are required for each role

  • Set renewal periods if applicable

Viewing Progress

The Team section shows training compliance for each staff member. See who has completed requirements and who is overdue.

Staff Experience

Staff see their training requirements in the mobile app under Profile > My Training. They can upload certificates and complete sign-offs.
