Creating Cleaning Routines

  • Create routines in the Cleaning category

  • Define what needs cleaning (surfaces, equipment, floors)

  • Specify cleaning methods and products

  • Set frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Assign to relevant staff groups

Daily Cleaning

Include daily cleaning tasks in opening and closing routines. Common items: work surfaces, food prep areas, handwash stations, floors, customer areas.

Deep Cleaning

Schedule periodic deep cleaning for areas like extraction systems, behind equipment, storage areas, and drains. Create separate routines with appropriate frequencies.
