Recording a Delivery Check
When a delivery arrives, staff should log it in the mobile app:
Tap "Delivery" from Quick Reports on Home
Select the supplier
Record delivery time
Check temperature of chilled/frozen items
Inspect packaging condition
Note any damaged or missing items
Take photos of delivery note and products
Submit the check
Temperature Recording
For food deliveries, always record temperatures of chilled (below 5°C) and frozen (below -18°C) items. Reject deliveries that don't meet temperature requirements.
Rejection Process
If a delivery doesn't meet standards, refuse the affected items. Document the reason in the delivery check, take photos, and notify your supplier. This creates a record for disputes and quality tracking.
