Recording a Delivery Check

When a delivery arrives, staff should log it in the mobile app:

  • Tap "Delivery" from Quick Reports on Home

  • Select the supplier

  • Record delivery time

  • Check temperature of chilled/frozen items

  • Inspect packaging condition

  • Note any damaged or missing items

  • Take photos of delivery note and products

  • Submit the check

Temperature Recording

For food deliveries, always record temperatures of chilled (below 5°C) and frozen (below -18°C) items. Reject deliveries that don't meet temperature requirements.

Rejection Process

If a delivery doesn't meet standards, refuse the affected items. Document the reason in the delivery check, take photos, and notify your supplier. This creates a record for disputes and quality tracking.
