Track allergens in your menu items to keep customers safe and comply with UK regulations.

UK 14 Allergens

Paddl tracks the 14 allergens that must be declared:

  • Celery, Cereals containing gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs

  • Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs

  • Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame

  • Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide/sulphites

Adding Menu Items

  • Go to Allergens

  • Click "Add Item"

  • Enter the item name

  • Select which allergens it contains

  • Mark any "may contain" allergens

  • Save

Allergen Incidents

If an allergen incident occurs, staff report it through the mobile app. These are flagged for immediate review.
