UK 14 Allergens
Paddl tracks the 14 allergens that must be declared:
Celery, Cereals containing gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs
Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs
Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame
Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide/sulphites
Adding Menu Items
Go to Allergens
Click "Add Item"
Enter the item name
Select which allergens it contains
Mark any "may contain" allergens
Save
Allergen Incidents
If an allergen incident occurs, staff report it through the mobile app. These are flagged for immediate review.
