Folders help organise your knowledge base into logical sections.
Creating Folders
Go to Knowledge Hub > Folders
Click "Create Folder"
Enter a name and optional description
Choose a colour for visual identification
Save the folder
Suggested Structure
Food Safety: Allergen info, temperature guides, hygiene procedures
Cleaning: Cleaning schedules and procedures
Equipment: Operating instructions and troubleshooting
Health & Safety: Emergency procedures, first aid
Customer Service: Service standards, complaint handling
Assigning Articles
When creating or editing an article, select which folder it belongs to. Articles can only belong to one folder.
