Folders help organise your knowledge base into logical sections.

Creating Folders

  • Go to Knowledge Hub > Folders

  • Click "Create Folder"

  • Enter a name and optional description

  • Choose a colour for visual identification

  • Save the folder

Suggested Structure

  • Food Safety: Allergen info, temperature guides, hygiene procedures

  • Cleaning: Cleaning schedules and procedures

  • Equipment: Operating instructions and troubleshooting

  • Health & Safety: Emergency procedures, first aid

  • Customer Service: Service standards, complaint handling

Assigning Articles

When creating or editing an article, select which folder it belongs to. Articles can only belong to one folder.
