Require staff to acknowledge they've read important procedures by enabling sign-offs on knowledge articles.
Enabling Sign-Offs
When editing an article, toggle "Require Sign-Off". Choose which roles need to sign off and set a due date if needed.
Staff Experience
Staff see pending sign-offs in their Training section. They read the article and provide a signature to acknowledge completion.
Tracking Progress
In the Admin Panel, view sign-off progress under Knowledge Hub > Article > Sign-Offs. See who has and hasn't completed the required reading.
