Handover reports help communicate important information between shifts.
Creating a Handover
When you check out or go to Report > End of Day, you can create a handover:
Urgent Items: Things the next shift needs to address immediately
Stock Issues: Items running low or out of stock
Equipment Problems: Any equipment not working properly
General Notes: Other information for the next team
Receiving a Handover
When you check in, if there's a pending handover from the previous shift, you'll see a popup. Read through the notes and acknowledge that you've received them.
Viewing in Admin Panel
Managers can view recent handover reports on the Dashboard under "Handover Reports".
