Go to Documents in the Admin Panel
Click "Upload Document"
Select "Insurance" category
Upload your policy document
Enter the expiry date
Add policy number and provider details in notes
Save

Upload licences under the Licences category. Track expiry dates for:

Set expiry dates on all documents. Paddl shows documents expiring within 30 days on the Dashboard and sends alerts so you never miss a renewal.
