Report Types
Accident: Log workplace accidents and near misses
Maintenance: Request equipment or facility repairs
Delivery: Record delivery checks and temperature readings
Allergen Incident: Report allergen-related issues
Complaint: Log customer complaints
Submitting a Report
Tap the quick action on Home or go to the Report tab
Select the report type
Fill in the required information
Add photos if relevant
Submit the report
After Submission
Reports appear in your Recent Submissions. Managers review reports in the Admin Panel and can mark them as reviewed, action needed, or resolved.
