A name on the Schedule, Payroll, Requests or Reports opens a panel at the side of the page. The page stays where it was, so you can check somebody and carry on.

What it shows

  • This week: hours paid so far against the rota and their contract, and whether they are over or under.

  • Earnings: last period, the last 12 weeks and the tax year so far, split into approved and still to approve. Counted by the day worked, not the day paid. Only shown to people who can see pay.

  • Holiday: what they are entitled to, have taken, have booked, and have left this leave year.

  • Shifts: this week's shifts with their punches, and what is coming up, in each site's own time.

  • Worth knowing: documents or training expiring, being over contract in several of the last four weeks, days they cannot work, and shifts they have offered for a swap.

A section only appears when its module is on: no holiday without Leave, no pay without labour cost. For a contractor it says their hours, pay and holiday are not kept here.

Who sees what

You only see people at your own sites. Pay follows the same rule as Payroll: owners always, managers only if the owner allows it, and never the pay of an owner or another manager. See Who can see sales and labour cost.
