Maintenance jobs
Beyond the servicing reminders on a piece of equipment, you can schedule and track specific maintenance jobs under Maintenance: what needs doing, on which equipment, when, with notes and photos, and marked complete or cancelled when resolved.
When a staff member raises a maintenance request from the app, you can turn it into a scheduled job rather than losing it in a list.
What happens after a request is logged
When someone reports a maintenance issue from the app (for example a broken fridge), here is the path it follows:
It is saved as a report and a manager is notified, so it does not sit unseen.
A manager reviews it and either schedules it as a maintenance job (choosing the equipment, date, and notes) or handles it there and then.
When the work is done, mark the job complete (or cancelled if it is no longer needed). If it was logged as a report, you can also set the report to Resolved.
The person who raised it can see its status under their submitted reports in the app.
Appointments
Use Appointments to book the things that happen on a date: a service engineer, a pest control visit, an inspection, or training. See what is coming up, and mark each one complete or cancelled.
It all shows on the calendar
Maintenance and appointments appear in the Month View calendar alongside your tasks and servicing dates, so your whole schedule is in one view.
