Recording a delivery

Log deliveries as they arrive so you have a temperature check and a traceability record from the moment stock comes in.

  1. Go to Deliveries and click Record Delivery, or use Alerts > Reports > Create Report > Log Delivery

  2. Choose the delivery type (food, courier, non-food, other) and the location

  3. Enter the date, time, and temperature

  4. Record whether the quality check passed and whether you accepted the delivery

  5. Note any issues, then submit

Batch detail for traceability

For food deliveries, add batch items: item name, batch number, use-by and best-before dates, and quantity. This builds the chain that lets you trace exactly what came in, from which supplier, and when.

Acting on a recall

If a supplier issues a recall, the batch detail you captured at goods-in lets you find affected stock quickly, pull it, and document what you did. Record the recall itself under Suppliers & Recalls.

On the app and where to review

Staff can record deliveries from the app at the point of goods-in, and they appear in the admin panel automatically. Review past deliveries under Food Safety > Delivery Records.
