What manager notes are

Manager notes are separate from the staff handover. They are attributed to you and timestamped, and they sit alongside the rest of the handover report for the next shift to read.

Add a note

  1. Open the handover report in the assist app.

  2. In the Manager notes section, type your note.

  3. Tap Add note. It is saved and shown straight away.

Notes that write themselves

A rule can add a handover note automatically with the Add a handover note action, so something important is recorded even if no one types it. See Actions explained.
